If your company already has a complete leadership team, we may be larger than what you need, but we’re always happy to chat to confirm. If you don’t have an executive team but would like one, we can also help you build and structure it as your business grows.
What size companies do you work with?
We don’t list fixed prices because our rates depend on the type of support you need and the region your business operates in. Every company is at a different stage, so we tailor our pricing to fit your situation rather than forcing you into a flat package. The best way to get accurate pricing is to reach out for a quick conversation so we can understand your needs and provide a customized quote.
How much do you charge?
What software do you use?
We specialize in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, and we are certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, but we can work in any accounting software your business already uses. If you’re not sure what system is right for you, we can help you choose the best fit, set it up, and integrate it with the rest of your tools so everything works smoothly together.
We charge hourly because it keeps things fair for both of us, ensuring you’re never overcharged and we’re never underpaid. This gives you flexibility whether you need help with a one-time project or ongoing support, and you only pay for the actual work performed rather than being locked into oversized packages.
Do you offer monthly packages or one-time projects?
We work directly with your tax accountant to make sure they have everything they need throughout the year, and we handle all communication they request from us to keep things seamless for you. If you don’t currently have a tax accountant, we can also assist you in finding one that fits your business needs.
