Cancellation Policy

Consultation Policy (1-Hour Consultation) Purpose The 1-hour consultation builds on the initial 30-minute free consultation and is intended for situations where additional time is needed to fully discuss your business needs. It allows for a more in-depth conversation, including detailed questions, guidance, and next steps that cannot be fully addressed within the introductory session. This session is available as an add-on to the free consultation during booking for clients who would like to extend their initial consultation time. Session Length Consultations are scheduled for up to 60 minutes. Payment Requirement Full prepayment of $80 is required to confirm your appointment. Sessions will not begin without payment. Time Limit and Next Steps The consultation is limited to the scheduled 60 minutes. At the end of the session, we will determine next steps. Clients may choose to move forward with ongoing consulting services or conclude the consultation without further engagement. Scope of Consultation The consultation may include detailed discussion of bookkeeping, organization, and operations, general guidance and recommendations, and review of current processes and suggested next steps. The consultation does not include ongoing services or implementation work completed during the session or extensive document preparation or corrections. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 business hours in advance. Appointments not canceled or rescheduled within this timeframe are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable. All payments are final and non-refundable for late cancellations and missed appointments.
