Consultation Policy (Free 30-Minute Consultation) Purpose Our complimentary 30-minute consultation is designed to briefly discuss your business needs, answer general questions, and determine if our services are a good fit. If additional time is needed, a 1-hour consultation may be selected as an add-on during booking to allow for a more in-depth discussion. Time Limit Consultations are limited to 30 minutes to ensure availability for all clients. Overages and Paid Consultation Transition If your consultation exceeds 30 minutes or requires more in-depth discussion: If availability allows, we may offer to continue the session The meeting will be paused to collect prepayment for a 1-hour consultation ($80) before continuing If we are unable to continue at that time, a prepaid 1-hour consultation will be scheduled for a later date Scope of Free Consultation The free consultation includes: General guidance and high-level discussion Overview of services and next steps The free consultation does not include: Detailed bookkeeping review Financial analysis or recommendations Hands-on work or document processing Disclaimer Information provided during the consultation is general in nature and not formal accounting or tax advice.
