Meet the Founders

Pamela’s love for organized chaos started early in her grandmother’s office at the District Court of Maryland, where her favorite person on the planet led with honesty and compassion. Since then, she’s been drawn to guiding teams and the satisfying puzzle of turning a mess into something that actually works. Her broad personal and professional experience across multiple industries provides a practical, real-world understanding of how businesses operate. Her daily motto is simple: How can I make this better? It guides both her professional and personal life, and shows up in every challenge she takes on.

Robert’s passion for numbers started early, he was calculating tax at the cash register while buying comic books at age five. By 16, he was managing the receivables department for the largest advertising agency in Western Washington. Over the years, Robert has gained diverse experience in the legal industry, restaurant management, and even with the Girl Scouts of Western Washington. He takes pride in providing thoughtful, reliable service to both his clients and his community, bringing a unique blend of expertise, creativity, and care to every endeavor.
